On Tuesday, the trial of the denounced couldn’t continue as planned after the nonattendance of advice to the EFCC, Mr Rotimi Jacobs (SAN).

Jacobs had composed a letter to the court advising it of his nonappearance and the court therefore, conceded a short intermission to Oct. 6, 7, and 8 for continuation of trial.
